Chinese smartphone manufacturer – Oppo has added A77 smartphone in its portfolio after a silent launch in Taiwan. The innards are almost identical to Oppo F3 which was recently launched in India.
The new Oppo A77 has a metal unibody design with fingerprint embedded home button. It packs a 5.5-inch Full HD 1080p display with 1920 x1280p pixels resolution.
Oppo once again has chosen to go with MediaTek chipset for its mid-budget smartphone. The phone employs a 1.5GHz MediaTek MT6750T chipset under the hood coupled with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of expandable storage. The device runs on ColorOS 3.0 UI layered Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow operating system.

On the optics front, the A77 flaunts a 13MP rear-camera with f/2.2 aperture, PDAF sensor, touch focus, low light mode and dual LED flash technology. On the other side, it features a 6MP camera with f/2.0 aperture and Beauty 4.0 software. As per the company claim, the Oppo A77 can capture DSLR-like bokeh when selfies are captured in the Portrait Mode.

The phone comes with a Dual SIM hybrid slot and a 3,200mAh non-removable battery. The phone Oppo A77 will be available in Gold and Rose Gold color variants. In Taiwan, the phone will go on pre-booking between May 19 to May 26.It is priced at TWD 10,990 which converts to approximately Rs. 23,500 in Indian currency.
