OnePlus Launcher update brings Parking Location Card to the Shelf Menu

OnePlus is adored by many, and it’s custom software UI – OxygenOS – is a big reason for that. The latest update adds a nifty Parking Location Widget, that lets you keep track of where you parked your car. You could place the same on the phone Shelf, and conveniently access it by swiping right on the home screen.

How to enable the Parking Location Widget on OnePlus launcher?

Shelf menu could be assessed from the right-hand side of the home screen by swiping left from the right edge. Here you could access your recent and most-used apps, favorite contacts, and several other useful information organized in the form of cards or widgets.

All you got to do is to grant it permission to access your device’s GPS location. Needless to say, the functionality extends to outdoors only where the GPS is still accessible. As for the indoor or underground parking, you could go the old school way to take a photo of the parking area to recall the vehicle’s location.

You could pick the latest Apk from Apk mirror website and install it. Or else, wait for the app update via Play Store. The new update currently reflects on Android 9.0 Pie devices.
