OnePlus has officially confirmed that its next-gen flagship phone will be called OnePlus 6 which also indirectly confirms the earlier-than-usual arrival of the next flagship killer. The smartphone maker posted a short 4-second clip on Twitter titled “6-et Ready”, which says “The Speed You Need”, and mentions the number “6” towards the end of the video.
This also kickstarts the piece-by-piece unveiling marketing campaign that OnePlus does for its phones. The firm is known to timely roll-out series of small teasers revealing minor details with each installment until the official launch of the device.

OnePlus 6 Launch Date
Initially, it was revealed that the OnePlus 6 will be launched in Q2 2018, but we seriously doubt that. The incessant leaks of the phone and now official teaser points at the early arrival of OnePlus 6. Rumors are rife for April-end launch.
On the sidelines of this, the OnePlus 5T 128GB has also gone out of stock in India.
OnePlus 6 Specification
The official sources have already confirmed that the OnePlus 6 will boast a notch display on the front and will be powered by octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 SoC. The phone will have a 90 percent screen-to-body aspect ratio and precisely measures 19.616mm x 7.687mm.
Previous rumor revealed that we could see the OnePlus 6 in two design variant: one with the glass finish back and the other with a textured rear panel. Other than that, the phone will boast a 3.5mm headphone jack, USB type-C port, rear fingerprint sensor, and dual-rear cameras.

Meanwhile, the OP 6 has also received WIFI certification, thus confirming Android Oreo with Oxygen OS 5.1.0 on top and WCN3990 dual-band 802.11ac. Furthermore, the OnePlus 6 will employ 6GB/8GB of RAM and 64GB/128GB storage space. An official OnePlus teaser in China confirms 8GB and 256GB storage variant of the phone as well.
