OnePlus 10 Pro in renders shows a Galaxy S21-like camera design

Contrary to tradition, there was no OnePlus 9T this year, and there’s no word on if and when the OnePlus 9RT that launched a while back in China would cross borders to India. And now out of the blue, we have got a few renders of a OnePlus device, allegedly the OnePlus 10 Pro. The leaked images show the back panel of the device revealing a big camera bump.

This is the first render of the OnePlus 10 Pro, all thanks to the joint efforts of Zouton and OnLeaks.

OnePlus 10 Pro Design

A couple of renders of the OnePlus 10 Pro has been published in crisp 5K resolution showing its rear side. And there we can clearly see an around-the-edge camera bump design, somewhat similar to the Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra (review). However, the OnePlus handset has a triple camera setup with a flash arranged in a square fashion, unlike the Samsung phone’s quadruple stack.

When observed closer, the rear panel appears to boast a sandstone finish with a grainy and easy-to-hold texture. The edge of the phone seems to comprise the alert slider and a power button similar to previous OnePlus models. As for other specs, the device is said to sport a 6.7-inch LTPO Fluid2 AMOLED display with a refresh rate of 120Hz, up to 12GB RAM, and up to 256GB internal storage. The software would be the new mishmash of OxygenOS and ColorOS.

Now, OnLeaks notes that the renders are sourced from a prototype of the OnePlus 10 Pro that is under development and the company might choose to go with a different design for the final launch.

OnePlus is anticipated to officially launch the OnePlus 10 series phones in the first quarter of 2022. Until then, we look forward to several rounds of leaks and rumors. So stay tuned for more updates.
