Nubia Red Magic 3 Gaming Phone India Launch Scheduled In June

India has a huge market of gamers and smartphone makers have now gradually waking up to the potential. Gaming phones are now coming thick and fast, and after the Black Shark 2 launch last week, Nubia is gearing up to launch its Red Magic 3 in the country next month.

According to the company, the Red Magic 3 will make its debut in India close to “mid-June”. The gaming phone was first unveiled in China in April. More recently, it became available via Nubia official website in North America, Europe, Australia, and select Asian markets.

Red Magic 3 specifications

The Red Magic 3 gaming phone draws a lot of attention with its design and internals. The phone rocks a Snapdragon 855 chipset coupled with up to 12GB of RAM. The phone also claims to include liquid cooling to prevent any sort of thermal throttling.

The phone comes with a 6.65-inch screen with fullHD+ resolution. Interestingly the display has 90Hz refresh rate with HDR support. The Red Magic 3 also includes stereo speakers and RGB light strip which can be customized by the user.

As for optics, the Red Magic 3 includes a primary 48-megapixel rear camera and a 16-megapixel sensor on the front for selfie. It draws juice from 3,800mAh battery and supports 30W Nubia fast charging.

Nubia Red Magic 3 price

Though India pricing of Nubia Red Magic 3 will be revealed post launch, the price for the base variant i.e 6GB RAM + 64GB ROM option starts at CNY 2,899 (roughly Rs. 30,000) in China. The top variant of the phone (12GB + 256GB) retail at CNY 4,299 (roughly Rs. 44,600).
