Nokia 7 Global Launch Likely To Take Place In Early 2018

The year 2017 has been a good year for HMD Global as it reportedly sold more than 12 million devices globally in a Q3 2017. The next in line for the Global audience is Nokia 7 that earlier launched in China, it is reportedly gearing up for a global launch in early 2018.

As per the reports from China, the HMD Global’s Android-powered mid-ranger the Nokia 7 international variant is tagged as TA-1041. Though there is no official announcement yet, rumors suggest HMD Global is hosting an international event at MWC on January 19 where it could launch Nokia 7 along with its 2017 flagship – Nokia 9. As of now, Nokia 7 is only available in China where it has been a hot property as it received more than 1.5 million registrations before the first sale.

Nokia 7 Highlights and features

The mid-budget phone rocks a Qualcomm Snapdragon 630 mobile processor with Adreno 530 graphics processing unit. Without bothering with the latest trends, Nokia is persisting with 16:9 aspect ratio 5.2 Inch full HD IPS display. Unlike its predecessor, the Nokia 7 will feature a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor.

In China, It is available two variants: 4GB and 6GB (LPDDR4) RAM both of them comes with 64GB internal storage. The phone comes running on Android Nougat out-of-the-box. The phone comes with dual Hybrid SIM tray, 4G VoLTE support, USB Type-C, Bluetooth 5.0, NFC, and 3000mAh battery.

Nokia 7 India Price and Availability

The Nokia 7 Price in India is likely to be under Rs. 20000. In China, the phone was launched for a price of CNY 2,499 (Rs. 25,000 approx.) for 4GB RAM variant and CNY 2,699 (Rs. 26,500 approx.) for 6GB RAM variant.
