Motorola Moto G22 Render & Specs Leaked

Talking about the render, it shows Moto G22 in a rather different design than the Moto G21. Talking about the front, it shows thick bezels and a heavyweight chin alongside a punch-hole cut-out at the center. The back panel shows a quad-camera setup arranged in a rectangular camera bump with curved edges. There’s a Motorola logo at the center of the back panel which appears to not have any fingerprint scanner embedded although that remains to be seen.

To the specs part, the Motorola Moto G22 sports a 6.5-inch LCD 1600×720 pixels resolution and a whopping 90Hz refresh rate. There’s a MediaTek Helio G37 octa-core SoC clocked at a max 2.3GHz and that’s without 5G tech onboard. Moving on, we have a 680MHz GPU onboard with 4GB RAM, 64GB internal storage, and a microSD card slot for further expandability. There’s Android 12-powered MyUX out of the box.

Evan Blass further added that the phone sports a 16MP selfie camera onboard. It will bring a quad-camera setup including a 50MP primary sensor, 8MP ultrawide sensor, a 2MP macro, and a 2MP depth sensor. There’s a beefy 5,000 mAh battery under the hood with a standard charging tech (probably 10W). Other specs include a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, a 3.5mm headphone jack, among others.

Motorola is expected to launch Moto G22 by the end of this month so more information will be available at the launch.
