Moto Razr 5G with SD765G launched in India at Rs. 1,24,999

Motorola has worked on many of the issues the gen-one Razr had. And is here with the updated sequel. Moto Razr 5G has launched in India. It comes bearing a classic flip phone design, some vital refinements, and upgraded specs.

Here’s a quick rundown of everything you need to know about this new foldable.

Moto Razr 5G India Price and Availability

Motorola has priced the Razr 5G at Rs. 1,24,999 in the country. It will be available via Flipkart starting October 12. Pre-booking starts today.

  • Rs. 10,000 Instant Discount (on Flipkart) and Cashback (offline) on HDFC Credit Card regular and EMI transactions plus Debit Card EMI transactions.

In addition, there is No Cost EMI schemes of up to 12 months from all leading banks.

Moto Razr 5G Features

Razr is back with the nostalgic clamshell form factor. The company claims it has made some tweaking to make it feel more like the Razrs of yore. The hinge is stronger and flexible than the predecessor.

The main display is a 6.2-inch pOLED panel with 876×2142 resolution. There is a notch up top which houses a 20MP snapper.

Outside, there is a 2.7 inch “Peek” display that lets you glance and interact with notifications as well as apps. The usage of the latter would depend on the scaling.

The external camera (which is BTW the primary shooter) is a 48MP sensor that’s backed by software treats like Night Vision, HDR, Manual Mode, Portrait Mode, AR stickers, Google Lens integration, and more. As for videography, you can go up to 1080p quality at 30fps. Also, there is provision for macro recording at 30fps.

Inside, the phone is powered by Snapdragon 765G chipset, along with 8GB RAM, 256GB storage, and 2800mAh battery. It supports an 18W TurboCharger. The phone runs on stock-esque Android 10 with the proprietary My UX features such as Peek Display, Moto Actions, game mode, etc.

Rest, it has got things like Sub-6GHz 5G, 4G LTE, Bluetooth 5.1, NFC, dual-band WiFi, etc.
