Marvel Studios has finally unveiled the 1st trailer of the upcoming Guardians of the Galaxy Volume 3 during the ongoing Brazil Comic Conference. The 3rd movie is the last in the trilogy by James Gunn. The first part came out in 2014 and ever since then, both volumes 1 and 2 have received loads of critical and public acclaim. The trailer of the 3rd part looks like it would offer fans whatever they are hoping for and more. The film is marking the MCU debut of actor Will Poulter. Will Poulter as Adam Warlock is one the biggest takeaways as his introduction was teased in Volume 2’s post-credits scene as Ayesha created Warlock to help take on the Guardians.
Although Guardians are different from Avengers they have also featured in the 3rd and 4th Avengers movies. Recently, they were seen in Thor: Love & Thunder. The 3rd volume of the Guardians of the Galaxy has been made after facing lots of hurdles as the director was fired from the project when controversial old tweets of his resurfaced. James Gunn was reinstated after fan pressure and an open letter shared by the movie’s cast, asking for his return.

The movie will release in theatres on May 5, 2023.

About the Trailer
The trailer of the last part opens with Peter Quill accepting that a lot of time has passed since we last saw the gang, and teases the trademark irreverent humor and heart. Rocket Raccoon is shown briefly and appears to be the emotional bedrock of the movie. He might be the one taking the ultimate sacrifice. The trailer shows 2 villains- Will Poulter’s Adam Warlock and Chukwudi Iwuji’s High Evolutionary.
The trailer shows Guardians entering an Earth-like planet inhabited by animal/human hybrids and makes sure that fans realize that it will be an emotional ride.
