Homegrown carmaker Mahindra and Mahindra has posted its sales results for February 2026. The brand has reported a strong overall growth of 19.04 percent as compared to last year February 2025. Last month, Mahindra sold 60,018 passenger vehicles, a healthy increase from last year’s 50,420 units. As compared to last month, however, Mahindra’s passenger vehicle market saw a decline from sales figures of 63,510 units in January 2026.

Mahindra’s light commercial vehicle (LCV) sales also stood at 3,169 units in February 2026, down 4 percent as compared to the same month last year. Last year, Mahindra had sold 3,29 LCVs in February. The LCV 2T category, however, saw a growth of 12 percent as Mahindra sold 21,416 units last month as compared to 19,155 units sold last year in February 2025.

Even Mahindra’s farm equipment shipments saw a nice growth of 35 percent. Domestic tractor sales were 32,153 units, which is a 35 percent rise from last year’s number of 23,880 units in February 2025. The total units of tractors shipped (both domestic and export) were 34,133 units in February 2026, which is a 34 percent growth year-on-year.

Overall, February 2026 sales data highlights both urban and rural markets for the brand. Strong SUV demand with the nely launched XUV 7XO and new variants of the Thar and Thar Roxx boosted passenger vehicle numbers, while the LCV and three wheelers helped with the volume in commercial vehicles. Mahindra, last month, posted double digit growth across multiple verticals.
