Apart from a bunch of k-series Smartphones and Stylus 3, LG will also present a floating Bluetooth speaker called PJ9 at CES 2017, that is IPX7 certified or can be dipped in 1-meter deep waters for 30 minutes.
The slick floating Bluetooth speaker outputs 360-degree audio and can hover over its woofer base continuously for 10 hours, claims the company. As soon as it safely lands on the Base, wireless charging process will kick in on its own.

So what gives it wings? Well, the simple egg-like design uses electromagnets to create a magnetic field that keeps PJ9 afloat. The speakers also come with two passive radiators for more balanced bass and Mid-range sound. It will be available in Glossy White color.

LG hasn’t mentioned anything about the price or availability of its PJ9 floating Bluetooth speakers yet. We will know more details when it officially introduces its CES arsenal in Las Vegas from January 5th to January 8th.

Other exciting announcements coming up at CES 2017 include Nokia’s Comeback, BlackBerry branded TCL phone DTEK70, a mysterious innovative product from Xiaomi and Asus’s Zenfone 3 Zoom.
