iQOO is rolling the rice to launch a few smartphones this year. After iQOO 11 and iQOO Neo 7 made their debut in India, iQOO is gearing up for the iQOO Z7 series launch in the country. In fact, iQOO India CEO Nipun Marya shared an official teaser on Twitter giving a sneak peek into what the phone would look like.

Z7’s teaser shows the phone mostly in silhouette with most of the features hidden but not the camera bump. The phone does share its design with Vivo Z6 44W and iQOO Z6 Lite launched last year although some publications have tied its design similar to Vivo T1x.

The camera bump shows two giant rings popping up the rectangular camera bump with ‘Photography High Definition’ and ‘iQOO’ branding on top. It also hints towards OIS which means the cam onboard the Z7 series will be optically stabilized for awesome shots.

iQOO Z7 Series packs in two models i.e. iQOO Z7 5G and iQOO Z7 Pro bearing model numbers I2207 and I2213 respectively. The series was recently awarded certification by TKDN Indonesia signaling imminent launch.

iQOO Z7 Series Launch Date

The Series will make it to India as it was shared by iQOO India CEO himself. According to the reports, iQOO Z7 Series is expected to make its ‘Zeisty’ debut in India sometime in March this year. Take it with a pinch of salt at the moment.

iQOO Z7 Series Specifications

According to Debayan Roy, the specifications for iQOO Z7 in India resemble that of iQOO Z6 in China. If that’s true, we will see an FHD+ 120Hz LCD panel, an SD 778G+ under the hood paired alongside 64MP w/ OIS+2+2MP rear, and an 8MP front camera. There’s a 4,500mAh battery flanked with 80W fast charging tech as well. Another update from the same tipster states that iQOO Z7 is likely to get SD 695 SoC while the Pro will get SD 778G+ as we saw in Nothing Phone 1 as well.
