iQOO is launching some cool new gadgets on December 11. Highlighted with the launch of iQOO 11, the event will also welcome yet another iQOO Neo smartphone into the market. Dubbed the iQOO Neo7 SE, the phone has been teased to launch with MediaTek Dimensity 8200 SoC. The D8200 is an incremental upgrade to the D8100 that we have seen previously.
iQOO Neo7 SE Launching On December 2
iQOO Neo7 SE has been confirmed to launch on December 2 alongside iQOO 11. The 5G-powered device will have Dimensity 8200 SoC under the hood as clearly shown in the social media posts shared on Weibo. Tipster Yogesh Brar has already leaked information on iQOO Neo7 SE Specifications.
According to Brar, the phone will carry a 6.78-inch AMOLED panel boosting an FHD+ resolution and 120Hz refresh rate. There’s 8GB/12GB RAM and 128 to 512GB of storage. You get Dimensity 8200 SoC as aforementioned. For software, the phone uses an Android 13-powered OriginOS 13 in China while the Indian variant will get FuntouchOS 13.
There’s 120W fast charging tech and a 5,000mAh battery under the hood. It is still bigger than iQOO Neo6 5G and sports a 4,700mAh battery pack.
Talking about the camera module, the iQOO Neo7 SE is likely to sport a 50MP primary, 8MP ultrawide, and a 2MP macro triple camera setup. There’s a 16MP front camera onboard.
According to the poster, iQOO Neo7 SE will launch on December 2nd at 2:30 pm local time (China) which is 12 pm IST. The device will launch alongside iQOO 11 series and just a day after Dimensity 8200 SoC unveils on December 1. It will ultimately make iQOO Neo7 SE the first taker for Dimensity 8200 SoC for sure.
