Vivo’s sub-brand iQOO has confirmed the arrival of a mid-range gaming powerhouse in the country, which is the iQOO Neo 10R 5G smartphone. The Chinese smartphone maker will launch a gaming-centric device for mid-budget users in India tomorrow, and ahead of the launch, we are here to take you through everything we know so far about the upcoming iQOO device.

iQOO Neo 10R: Launch Date

iQOO revealed the launch date for the iqoo Neo 10R nearly a month ago, marking one of the most proactive announcements in the smartphone industry, as brands rarely confirm launch dates this far in advance. The iQOO Neo 10R is set to debut in India tomorrow, March 11th. The event will be streamed live on iQOO India’s official YouTube channel.

iQOO Neo 10R: Chipset & OS

iQOO has confirmed that iQOO Neo 10R will be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 chipset, which is a 4nm SoC crafted by TSMC. It is being deemed as the most powerful in its segment and is claimed to support strong gaming and camera performance. The company claims the iQOO Neo 10R has scored over 1.7 million points on AnTuTu benchmarking test. It will be paired with up to 12GB RAM and up to 256GB storage.

In terms of OS, it will run Vivo’s FunTouch OS 15 based on Android 15 out of the box.

iQOO Neo 10R: Display

iQOO Neo 10R is expected to sport a 6.78-inch 1.5K TCL C8 AMOLED display with super-smooth 144Hz refresh rate, aimed towards gaming enthusiasts. The display will support 4500 nits peak brightness.

iQOO Neo 10R: Camera

iQOO Neo 10R will get a dual lens setup at the back including a 50MP Sony LYT600 OIS portrait sensor and an 8MP ultrawide angle sensor. At the front will be a 32MP sensor for selfies and video calls.

iQOO Neo 10R: Design

The iQOO Neo 10R will sport a dual-tone design, similar to its predecessor iQOO Neo 9 Pro. The smartphone will get a vegan leather finish for the back and come in Raging Blue and Moonlight Titanium colors in India. Other color variants will be announced when the phone gets launched tomorrow. The device will get IP65 certification and will be 7.98mm thick.

iQOO Neo 10R: Gaming

iQOO has made iQOO Neo 10R gaming centric as it will support Ultra Game Mode under which it can deliver the most stable 90fps gaming experience for up to five hours. To improve gaming, the smartphone will support 2000Hz of touch sampling rate and modes like Monster Mode and dedicated e-sports mode. 6034mm vapor cooling chamber will keep the device cool under most intense gaming sessions.

iQOO Neo 10R will pack a massive 6400mAh battery with 80W wired charging capability. This will surpass even the iQOO 13 5G that launched in 2024.

The iQOO Neo 10R is confirmed to cost under Rs. 25,000 in India. The exact price hasn’t been confirmed yet, but the device will sell via Amazon India and iQOO India e-store.
