iQOO has officially announced the addition of a new smartphone to the Neo 10 lineup in India. Following the release of the iQOO Neo 10R earlier this year, the next model to be introduced will be the iQOO Neo 10, set to launch on May 26. Although the iQOO Neo 10 has yet to be released in China, it is widely believed to be a direct adaptation of the iQOO Z10 Turbo Pro, according to various reports.

Despite this, the two devices exhibit significant differences in design, suggesting that the iQOO Neo 10 could potentially be a distinct smartphone. Notably, the iQOO Neo 10 will be the first device in India to feature the Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 chipset. Prior to its launch, several specifications of the iQOO Neo 10 have already been confirmed.

iQOO Neo 10 5G: Confirmed Features

The microsites on Amazon as well as iQOO India website have been updated revealing the key specs of the smartphone. The device is being promoted as the fastest in the segment all thanks to Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 chipset. This chipset and paired GPU performance is expected to be better by 31% and 49% respectively as compared to predecessor. The SoC has scored over 2.42 million points on AnTuTu leaving Dimensity 9300+ and Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 behind.

The chipset will be paired with LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.1 storage for faster data transfers and app installs. Recently it was spotted on Geekbench with 12GB of RAM. There will be something for the gamers too, as iQOO Neo 10 will offer 144 fps gaming capabilities and includes the custom Q1 supercomputing chip for esports-level gaming optimization.

For gaming, an efficient thermal performance is also a must. iQOO Neo 10 is getting an advanced thermal system with a massive 7000mm2 vapor chamber cooling system to maintain stable temperatures during long gaming sessions. The device also supports bypass charging.

Large batteries are becoming more common nowadays, and the same will continue with the iQOO Neo 10 as well. Under the hood, this one’s packing a massive 7000mAh battery inside an 8.9mm thick body, making it the sleekest in the segment with such huge battery capacity. The phone will also support 120W wired fast charging.

The color variants for iQOO Neo 10 5G include Inferno Red and Chrome Titanium. There is no word about the display and camera, but reports claim it might get a 6.78-inch AMOLED screen and a 50MP dual camera setup at the back.

iQOO Neo 10 5G: Pricing (expected)

There is obviously no word about its pricing yet, but iQOO Neo 10 will most likely cost between Rs. 35,000 to Rs. 40,000. iQOO Neo 10R was priced at Rs. 26,999 for the base variant, and this one will have better features, so slightly higher pricing. iQOO Neo 10 is expected to compete with the likes of Poco F7, and upcoming Oppo phones that are also tipped to get the Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 chipset.
