The highlight would be the 32MP (1.6-micrometer pixel) shooter sitting within a waterdrop notch upfront and triple cameras at the back. The selfie snapper utilizes Quad Bayer technology to combine four pixels in one to produce a relatively detailed and low noisy snap. The effective output size would be 8MP as a result. Infinix has baked in AI beautify that maps 1024 points and AI portrait modes.

Flipping to the back, the vertical camera trio features a 13MP rear camera, coupled with an 8MP 120-degree ultra-wide lens, and a 2MP depth sensor. This panel is present on a polycarbonate back with a glass-like finish. A square-ish fingerprint scanner is also present on the rear.

Under the hood, the phone is steered by a 12nm based MediaTek Helio P22 octa-core SoC.  This is accompanied by 3GB of RAM. You could grab it in 32GB onboard storage size, which is also further expandable via microSD cards up to 256GB.

On top of this hardware stays Android 9.0 (Pie) with XOS 5.0. The device draws juice from a 4000mAh battery. The connectivity options are 4G LTE, dual-SIM card slots, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and A-GPS. It has a 3.5mm headphone jack and a micro USB port.

Infinix S4 will be available exclusively on Flipkart for Rs. 8,999 starting May 28, 2019. The color variants are Nebula Blue, Twilight Purple and Space Gray.
