Huawei FreeBuds 3 launched in India at Rs 12,990: specifications, Availablity

Huawei FreeBuds 3 are now officially launched in India. Huawei’s True Wireless Stereo (TWS) claims to be the world’s only open fit active noise cancellation earbuds. Huawei’s Kirin A1 chipset, Bluetooth 5.1, real-time active noise cancellation, 20-hour battery life, and low audio latency are some of the key highlights of the third generation Freebuds.

Huawei FreeBuds 3 price in India and Amazon sale date

Huawei will be selling these TWS on Amazon India. The FreeBuds 3 India retail price has been set at Rs 12,990, which means they are more affordable than the Apple AirPods. It will go on sale on from May 20th onwards. Currently, the interested consumer can register themselves through ‘Notify Me’ page on Amazon India.

As a part of the launch offer, the company is offering Huawei a CP61 Wireless Charger with the earbuds for free. Consumers will also be able to avail no-cost EMI as low as Rs 18/day. At present, only Carbon Black and Ceramic White colour options are being offered.

Huawei FreeBuds 3 specifications

The Huawei FreeBuds 3 TWS features 14.2mm dynamic drivers which are driven by the Kirin A1 chipset, the same chip which drives the Huawei Watch GT 2 (review). The earbuds also boast 5ms processing latency which is lowest in the segment. The FreeBuds 3 claims to eliminate up to 94 percent Wind Noise Elimination.

Huawei has added 3 touch sensors on the earbuds can to control ANC, music playback and calls. The buds come in a circular charging case that supports wireless charging. As per the company claims, the Huawei FreeBuds 3 can last for four hours of playback with active noise cancellation on a single charge and up to 20 hours including of the charging case life. The Huawei TWS earphones support BL 5.1 and BLE 5.1 and can connect up to 150 meters.
