It features an edge-to-edge screen, a slim chassis, and a 16:10 aspect ratio screen with support for extreme HDR 1000. Priced starting at Rs 159,999, this laptop is aimed at gamers who prioritize portability without sacrificing performance.

The Omen 16 laptop, equipped with the 13th Gen Intel Core i7 mobile processor and up to NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4050 GPUs, is designed to cater to heavy gaming demands. HP has focused on improving the laptop’s thermal management with a newly designed airflow system, including a square venting design and a redesigned top hinge trunk to enhance rear venting. Starting at Rs 104,999, the Omen 16 offers a high-refresh-rate QHD display and supports up to 32GB DDR5-5600 MHz RAM.

For mainstream gamers, the Victus 16 laptop provides an affordable option with respectable performance. HP’s OMEN Tempest Cooling solution, coupled with an IR thermopile sensor, helps manage temperatures effectively. With a starting price of Rs 59,999, the Victus 16 aims to deliver a balance of performance and affordability.

In addition to the laptops, HP has introduced the HyperX 27-inch QHD gaming monitor. The monitor offers a 165Hz refresh rate and a rapid 1ms response time, ensuring smooth visuals and reduced motion blur during gameplay. It features a customizable setup, allowing gamers to adjust the tilt and height of the display for optimal comfort. With a starting price of Rs 30,990, the HyperX gaming monitor targets enthusiast gamers seeking an immersive gaming experience.

Vickram Bedi, Senior Director (Personal Systems) at HP India, highlighted the increasing popularity of PC gaming among Indian youth. He stated that HP’s latest portfolio expansion aims to empower gamers by providing them with hardware and software that deliver exceptional gaming experiences.

With the launch of the Omen and Victus gaming laptops, as well as the HyperX gaming monitor, HP is looking to capture a larger share of the Indian gaming market by offering a diverse range of options to cater to the varying needs and budgets of gamers.
