Both the customer care numbers given for Phone Pe are useless. I lost my phone, but their automated calling gives option to send OTP to the lost SIM, which is stupidity. How will I get the OTP if my phone is lost. Even if I get a new SIM activated on the same number, it takes 24hrs for the SMS facility to get activated(another lousy system), by then my Phone Pe account can easily be hacked!
