A Reddit user named geboss11 claims that the much-awaited title will launch on 27th October 2025. The information was shared via a screenshot which shows the IMDb listing of GTA 6 with the launch date being 27th October 2025. Since it doesn’t come from any official source we are taking this information with a pinch of salt.
However, there might be some truth to the leak if we keep the release pattern of GTA games in mind. Previous versions like GTA II, GTA III, GTA: Vice City, GTA: San Andreas, GTA 4: The Ballad of Gay Tony, GTA 5 Online, and GTA Liberty City Stories were all launched around October.
However, since Fall 2025 is still a long way to go so a lot might change during this period.

About the Title: GTA 6
Various details related to the title have been revealed with the first teaser and various leaks. The trailer confirmed that GTA 6 will see the comeback of its most loved location- Vice City.
