Google Pixel 9 Series and Pixel 9 Pro Fold Pricing Out Hours Before Made by Google Event 2024

While Google is about to host the Pixel 9 series launch event in a few hours, an Indian tipster seems to have leaked the prices of all the smartphones in the lineup. For those catching up, the Pixel 9 lineup will consist of four models: the vanilla Pixel 9, Pixel 9 Pro, Pixel 9 Pro XL, and the Pixel 9 Pro Fold. All these phones are expected to debut alongside the Pixel Watch 3 and the Pixel Buds Pro 2 at 10:30 PM IST today.

Pixel 9 Series Prices (Leaked)

According to Indian tipster Abhishek Yadav, the base Pixel 9 model (with 256GB storage) will cost Rs. 79,999 in India.
The Pixel 9 Pro (256GB) could cost Rs. 1,09,999, while the Pixel 9 Pro XL (256GB) (with a larger display) could cost Rs. 1,24,999.
Last but not least, the Pixel 9 Pro Fold (256GB) could launch at a starting price of Rs. 172,999.

Interestingly, that company might have bumped up the base storage to 256GB across the lineup, which is a much-awaited development. Although the phones look slightly overpriced, Google could offset the difference by offering introductory offers, bundling in the latest accessories for a discounted price, or offering an exchange bonus.
