Google surprised everyone when it moved the annual October launch to August this time. The company is all set to host a ‘Made for Google’ Event on 13th August wherein it will launch the Google Pixel 9 Series and Pixel Watch 3 Series. The Google Pixel 9 Series won’t be similar to its predecessors this time as it will include not two, but four smartphones. Google Pixel 9 Series will reportedly include Pixel 9, Pixel 9 Pro, Pixel 9 Pro XL, and Pixel 9 Pro Fold. We have been hearing about these devices for months now and it seems leaks are in no mood to stop as fresh new renders of three out of four devices have surfaced online offering a better look at them.

Google Pixel 9 Series: Renders
Tipster Evan Blass has dropped an image that shows Pixel 9, Pixel 9 Pro, and Pixel 9 Pro XL side-by-side, all three in black color. The image is in low quality but seems to showcase official renders of the smartphones. While Pixel 9 and 9 Pro seem to feature the same size, the 9 Pro XL is larger. The Pro models feature more thinner and uniform bezels while the Pixel 9 has slightly thicker ones. All three Pixel phones will come with flat displays.
Google Pixel 9 Series: Display specs tipped
A report by Android Authority revealed all the display specs for the Pixel 9 Series. Google’s upcoming devices will feature displays based on Samsung’s M14 OLED technology, which will make them the best in terms of screen.
M14 OLED is Samsung’s latest iteration and offers better brightness and longevity. The new panel will also be coming on iPhone 16 Pro models. The Pixel 9 will receive an 1800-nit display while the two Pro Pixel smartphones will get a 2050-nit display.
In terms of size, the Pixel 9 Pro will be closer in size to the Pixel 9 measuring 6.34-inch making it more compact than ever before. Pixel 9 will have a 6.24-inch panel while Pixel 9 Pro XL will have a 6.73-inch screen.
The refresh rate on all four models will be 120Hz and they will feature high resolution as well.

Google Pixel 9 Series: AI Features
Google has confirmed some AI capabilities for the Pixel 9 Series. It includes tools like Image Extender, Pixel Screenshots, Clear Calling, Zoom Enhance, Best Take, Ask the Video, RCS with iPhones, Call Screen, Image Generation, Live Translate, Help Me Write, and more.

Google Pixel 9 Series: Prices & Colors
A week ago, France’s prices of Pixel 9 devices were leaked online. A report by Dealabs claims that Pixel 9 will come in Obsidian, Porcelain, Cosmo, and Mojito colors. It will be priced at around Rs. 82,000 approximately for the 128GB version and Rs. 91,000 approx. for 256GB version.
Pixel 9 Pro will come in Obsidian and Hazel shades with price being around 1 Lakh for 256GB version and Rs. 1,21,000 approx. for the 512GB variant.
The new Pixel 9 Pro XL will be launched in Obsidian, Porcelain, Hazel, and Pink colors with the price being around Rs. 1,10,000 approx. for a 128GB model, Rs. 1,18,000 approx. for the 256GB model, Rs. 1,30,000 for the 512GB version, and Rs. 1.5 lakh approx. for 1TB variant.
The 2nd foldable, namely the Pixel 9 Pro Fold will come in Obsidian and Porcelain shades and cost around Rs. 1,73,000 approx. for 256GB model and Rs. 1,84,000 for 512GB model.
Since Google launches select color and storage variants in the country, exact details will be known on 13th August only.
