Google Pixel 4 will have its launch in the month of October 2019 and so far we know a fair share of its spec details. Thanks to a bunch of leaks and teasers, we already know the Pixel 4 lineup will feature a Soli Radar-based Face Unlock and a square-shaped camera home at the back. You may now add to this list – a 90Hz display.

A recent report by 9to5google puts light on another interesting Pixel 4 feature. It claims both Pixel 4 and Pixel 4 XL to flaunt a 90Hz “Smooth Display”. This means that Google would soon be joining the elite list of smartphones with a high refresh rate screens.

Besides a snappier refresh rate, the leak also reveals that the Pixel 4’s getting a 5.7-inch FHD+ screen while the XL variant will have a 6.3-inch QHD+ panel. So, these details lie somewhere along the lines of previous rumors.

Further, the leak tells us about the Pixel 4 and Pixel 4 XL camera specifics. The primary camera of the rear duo is apparently a 12MP sensor equipped with PDAF (phase detect auto-focus). Previous rumors had spewed a 16MP telephoto lens, along with a 3D ToF unit housed within that square island.

The web of rumors speculates of a “DSLR-like attachment” which is under works at Google labs. So, it seems that this year’s phones would continue Pixel camera legacy.

Now that Samsung has launched its flagship, we have to see what rest of the biggies have up their alley.
