When a legendary gaming franchise hits a three-decade milestone, you expect the celebratory hardware to be something special. For Pokémon’s 30th anniversary, the famous franchise has partnered with Casio to drop the G-Shock GA-110PKM-7A. This imited-edition collaboration successfully bottles the magic of the original 1996 Game Boy titles into a nearly indestructible timepiece.

A Masterclass in Throwback Design
For this timepiece, Casio chose the oversized GA-110 as the foundation. The analog-digital watch features a translucent bezel and band paired with a crisp white center case. But it’s the accents that will immediately catch the eye of any long-time fan. The hands, dial elements, and chunky buttons are dressed in an iconic red, green, and blue color palette—a direct nod to the very first Pokémon game cartridges.

The Pokémon’s 30th anniversary watch also carries the same attention to detail that Casio is known for. This is evident within the 9 o’clock subdial, which is cleverly styled as a Poké Ball. But that is not it, Casio also added the speed indicator hand is shaped like a silhouetted Pikachu.
30 Years, 30 Pokémon
The resin strap itself serves as a wearable timeline of the franchise. Casio has managed to seamlessly integrate 29 Pokémon across the band, featuring all the starting trios from the Kanto region straight through to Paldea, alongside franchise heavyweights Pikachu and Eevee. To hit the magic number 30, the mythical Pokémon Mew makes an exclusive appearance on the band loop. Flipping the watch over reveals a commemorative 30th-anniversary logo engraved into the stainless steel case back.
Rugged Specs and Availability
Despite its collector-focused exterior, this is still a true G-Shock at heart. It retains all the goodness of the core lineup like the shock resistance, 200-meter water resistance, world time functionality, and LED illumination.

The watch is priced at $270 (₹25,600) and ships in a highly displayable Poké Ball-shaped case housed in themed outer packaging. Pre-orders kick off in the US on July 1, 2026. This is a limited release, so you’ll need to move fast, these are guaranteed to fly off the shelves.
