What can the Ambitious Fitbit Blaze do? However, like Android Wear or other smart watches, you cannot download or run Apps on it.

The Fitbit Blaze is simple looking watch, available in small and large sizes that weighs a modest 44 grams. The display isn’t very sharp, but it’s a full-color display. The battery takes 2 hours to charge and can last for whole 5 days according to Fitbit.

It can record steps taken, count calories burnt, calculate distance traveled and floors climbed. The multi-sports features let’s you choose from 18 different activities and then displays real-time data specific to that particular activity (example cycling). Fitbit Blaze can also walk you through particular workouts.

The Fitbit Blaze isn’t an attempt that would challenge the likes of Gear S2 or Apple Watch. It’s rather targeting the same Fitness oriented audience, but offers little more smarts for users who crave for more information and control on their wrist.
