OPPO has been busy with recent launches like the F29 series and the K13 5G later this month, but the company is about to turn its attention to the budget segment with the OPPO A5 Pro, set to debut in India by next month. Ahead of the launch, we have exclusive hands-on images and a video of the OPPO A5 Pro, offering a first glimpse at its design and confirming key features for this upcoming budget device.
OPPO A5 Pro: Hands-On Design Insights
Our exclusive hands-on video showcases the OPPO A5 Pro’s design, featuring a dual-camera setup with a flash enclosed in a squarish module on the back, a shift from the rectangular camera designs seen in earlier OPPO A-series models. The rear panel sports a matte finish, in a deep brown shade.
The front reveals the 6.7-inch display with a punch-hole cutout. The device runs ColorOS 15 on Android 15, as with other recently launched OPPO devices. There’s also a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, integrated into the power button.

OPPO A5 Pro Expected Specifications
The OPPO A5 Pro will come loaded with a bunch of AI features, including Livephoto, AI Reflection Remover, AI Eraser 2.0, AI 4K Upscale, and AI Unblur. It also gets an Outdoor Mode to improve overall performance in bright environments. VC Cooling is mentioned too, though details are minimal.
From the promotional image, we also get a look at the bezels of the OPPO A5 Pro. Another key highlight is the AI Studio, which lets you transform your original photos into AI-generated images.
The phone also packs dual stereo speakers along with Ultra Volume Mode. For durability, it boasts a “Damage-Proof” 360° Armored Body, Military-Grade Shock Resistance (STD-810H), and an IP69 rating.
All these features are confirmed through the promo material. For the rest of the specifications, it should feature a 6.7-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with a 120 Hz refresh rate, a MediaTek Dimensity 7300 chipset paired with a Mali-G615 MC2 GPU, and a 50 MP main camera with a 2 MP monochrome lens, alongside a 16 MP front camera.
When it comes to the battery, the OPPO A5 Pro should pack a 6,000 mAh battery with 80W fast charging as well. And as mentioned earlier, the device will run on ColorOS 15 based on Android 15.
