Ever since Covid, our reliance on online shopping has increased. However, while hunting for a new laptop, phone, or any smart device, the thing that irks the shopper is when the premier portals like Amazon, Flipkart, and Chroma lack stock. Well, to address this particular issue, Asus India has launched its own online store today. Through Asus e-store, you can shop for all its products ranging from laptops (ROG, consumer PC) and high-end smartphones like ROG Phone 5.

Here are the details:

Asus e-store: All you need to know

The new initiative comes as part of the company’s ShopwithASUS campaign. The Asus eShop is serviced by AYR Technologies. And it covers approximately 30,000 pin-code areas.

In its press release, Asus notes, the eShop “will also include features to offer seamless customer service, such as free delivery, occasional promo offers, call centre support across 220+ service locations, real-time status tracking through MyAccount, and much more.”

You can make payments through debit/credit cards, digital wallets, and other means, all of which will take place through secure gateways.

Also keeping the current social-distancing concerns in consideration, Asus offers contactless delivery. Your verbal confirmation would suffice instead of a signature, and the product would be even left at your doorsteps with prior notification if you choose so.

Furthermore, Asus eShop also provides Warranty Extension Packs starting at ₹99, premium branded accessories starting at ₹499, and an easy exchange program backed by Cashify. These offers will be applicable to customers across all cities.

And if you happen to be a business customer then you can avail savings up to 18 percent on purchases upon claiming GST Input Tax Credit.

Commenting on the launch, Leon Yu, Regional Director of System Business Group, ASUS India said, “an omnichannel presence is key to serve your consumers well and while our extensive offline network offers an innovative experience to users, our online expansion will aid their need for convenient shopping. The launch of Asus e-store is yet another step in this direction, strengthening the brand’s commitment towards empowering consumers with meaningful innovation, designed to uplift their overall digital journey. ASUS e-store will help in enhancing the digital journey of users by enabling them to meet their tech requirements from the comfort of their home”.
