Asus introduces Eeebook E402 and E205SA Starting From Rs. 16,990

Asus today launched its affordable notebook series – EeeBook series – with Eeebook E402 and Eeebook E205SA. Both these lightweight notebooks comes out-of-the-box running on 64-bit version of Windows 10 operating system in India. The Taiwan computer and smartphone manufacturer has priced both Eeebook E402 and Eeebook E205SA at Rs. 16,990 and Rs. 23,990 respectively.  Both these budget notebooks are available in Elegant White, Vibrant Red and Ocean Blue colors.

Asus Eeebook E402 is a 14-inch compact notebook which weighs 1.65 kg and is powered by Intel Dual-Core Celeron N2840 processor along with 2GB of RAM. You can further augment the storage by another 3TB.

You will get one slot for USB 2.0 and USB 3.0 each and one for HDMI 1.4. It comes with Intel HD Graphics 4000, a fixed VGA web camera and 32WHrs, 2S1P, 2-cell Li-ion prismatic battery pack.

On the other hand, Asus Eeebook E205SA is a 360-degree convertible notebook. The best part of Asus Eeebook E205SA it allows users to switch mode with ease from tablet to notebook or vice versa. It is packed with reversible USB Type-C port, USB 3.0 and USB 2.0. According to company claims, it has a 2-cell Li-ion polymer battery which can last for full 8 hours.

At the heart of Asus Eeebook E205SA beats an Intel Dual-Core processor which is paired with 2GB of on-board memory. In terms of connectivity, the device supports HDMI 1.4, bluetooth 4.1 and wi-fi.
