Asus has launched AMD-Powered ZenBook 14, ZenBook Flip 14 and ROG Strix in India

Asus has brought a new ZenBook 14 UM431 alongside ZenBook Flip 14 UM462 and ROG Strix GL10DH into India. The new machines run on AMD processors. Now, if you jog your memory, you’d recall the ZenBook 14 (review), which was launched a few months back. That one was ticking on the Intel i7 processor.

Off the three, the new ZenBook 14 is a regular ultrabook, ZenBook Flip 14 is a 2-in-1 convertible and the ROG Strix is a gaming-centric computer. Let’s what each of them brings on board.

As evident from the name, it’s a 14-inch laptop that sports an LED-backlit full-HD (1920×1080 pixels) panel with the anti-glare feature. It is helmed by AMD Ryzen R5-3500U processor, along with 8GB DDR4 RAM, 512GB PCIe SSD, and a 47Wh battery. Asus brags upto a 12-hour battery life.

Asus ZenBook Flip 14 UM462DA

Asus ZenBook Flip 14 UM462DA launched in India

As aforementioned, this flaunts a 2-in-1 convertible design. You get to choose between AMD Ryzen R5-3500U or AMD Ryzen R7-3700U processor. It ships with 8GB of DDR4 RAM, 512GB PCIe SSD, and 42Wh battery, which as per Asus should stick for about 9 hours.

Asus ROG Strix GL10DH

Asus ROG Strix GL10DH launched in India

ROG Strix is a gaming breed that’s engined by AMD Ryzen 7 3800X processor upon the AMD B450 platform. The internals also includes 32GB DDR4 RAM (2 DIMM slots), coupled with up to Nvidia GeForce RTX 2070 8GD6 GPU, and Windows 10 Home software.

Pricing and Availability

All three PCs are currently on sale via major retail outlets like Amazon, Flipkart, and Paytm, besides offline stores. Asus has priced the ZenBook 14 UM431DA at Rs. 59,990, whereas Asus ZenBook Flip 14 UM462DA will hit the shelves at Rs. 64,990 for Ryzen R5 variant and at Rs. 74,990 for the Ryzen R7 edition. Coming to the ROG Strix GL10DH, it carries a price tag of Rs. 66,990.
