Acer has launched new variants of its Nitro 5 gaming laptop in India. If you recall, the company had released the Nitro 5 with the 10th Gen Intel Core i5 CPU and RTX 3060 GPU back in March. Now, the new models come forward with an AMD Ryzen 5000 series chip along with two graphics options – RTX 3060 and GTX 1650 cards. Other things in the mix are a 144Hz refresh rate and an RGB-backlit keyboard.

Nitro 5 sports a 15.6-inch FHD IPS display with a higher rate of 144Hz and a resolution of 1920×1080 pixels. Acer has configured the speaker with DTS: X Ultra for optimized bass, clarity, precision, and offers 6 custom content modes with a smart amplifier.

The Acer Nitro 5 machine ships with a powerful 7nm hexa-core AMD Ryzen 5600H processor based on the Zen 3 architecture. The cutting-edge model gets NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 while the younger sibling settles for a GeForce GTX 1650 for graphical performance. The two gaming laptops support up to 32GB DDR4 RAM, up to 2TB HDD storage, and two slots for M.2 PCIe SSDs. There is also the Acer CoolBoost technology that controls the system temperature during heavy gameplay.
The Acer Nitro 5 lineup comes installed with Windows 10. It supports Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.1 for wireless connectivity. The laptops have a USB 3.2 Gen 2 port, two USB 3.2 Gen 1 ports, among a wide range of peripherals.

Acer Nitro 5 Price and Availability
The Acer Nitro 5 gaming laptop with GeForce RTX 3060 GPU starts at a price of Rs. 94,990 and the one with GeForce GTX 1650 will sell at a starting price of Rs. 71,990. The laptop models will retail from April 9 through Acer’s official website and Flipkart.
