Worth the money
Product is very good, I liked it... And this is our first ever ac experience, A good value for money product, it gives more than sufficient cooling as my room is just 10/20 sqft, The service engineer also a well behaved person,They got install within 2 hours Regarding installation, am not much satisfied, as technician not preferred the actual requirement for AC .. They installed as per their convenience and easy of work.. They may give better suggestion towards performance and power saving concern that I came to know later... Overall the deal was satisfactory.

I got the faulty anf used product from Flipkart .even after registering the complaint with Flipkart officials still no replacement and struggling . The AC not working no cooling throwing water and ice,auto swing not working and dust inside filters depicts it has been used product also the auto swing is not working. total loss. voltas team clearly denies for replacement and asking more money i.e. 2500INR to fix the issue. spending 30.5k and the product didn't last 7days huh.evengetting threatcalls from Voltas area managers . I recommend not to purchase this product from Flipkart as they are simply not supporting on this after 8days even. will register the case in consumer court now.

The installation cost was pretty high. I had to pay almost more than 5000. This requirement and warranty will be given only when Ac gets installed by voltas is pretty harsh. All the money that i saved buying from flipkart gets used in installation. So no point in buying online might have been cheaper if i had bought offline
