Great product
Excellent air conditioner. it's so silent, that u have to actually see the louvres for checking whether it's running or off. instant cooling, large led displaying temperature. the LEDs are bright enough to see during the day, but at night it's pretty bright, but that is not a problem at all, since Onida has thoughtfully provided the feature of switching off only the LEDs while the ac continues to work. the positive side of bright LED is that u don't require a night lamp. have used it over a month now but m extremely satisfied. I keep it on for Long working hours, but it effortlessly keeps cooling the room without any problem. The main reason for buying this was that it's an Indian brand. the second reason was that it was value for money deal. The only complaint that I have is about the installation. the installation took almost 10 days after the delivery which is not at all a gud sign for such a gud product n company. The engineer who visited, was not clueful and did a very shabby job. He cut short all the labour, used existing hole for routing the copper pipe and drain pipe citing reasons, that they cannot make a hole in the beam. the ac looks as if it is half hanging in air. secondly, they didnt carry extra cables or plugs (even on chargeable basis) to complete the wiring upto the plug point, which I had to get it done from another electrician by additionally paying him, again leading to a delay of two days in its operationalisation. it's a pity that the company does a wonderful job in making the product, but has a very poor installation team. The company should take a cue from the likes of Tata sky who brings all possible required items, (though charges for the extra items) completes the entire installation in one go A very professional approach of understanding the customer requirement. This technicians leave the customer behind, lurching in confusion about what to do next for want of some extras. I sincerely wish, the company improves upon its installation team and also make the installation charges reasonable, else a grt product will end up suffering because of no fault of the product per se. Thank you.

Really a great buy.. was thinking to buy a better known brand initially and finally decided to go with Onida.. and I feel the decision was good. almost 3 to 4k lesser than other brands and I'm perfectly okay with cooling too.. The delivery and the installation was perfect. Good follow up for installation from both flipkart and Onida.. well I'm impressed..!!

A great deal from Filipkart with this amazing product, i am posting my review after 4month of purchasing the AC, there is no issue with the product it's running smoothly and it cools the room very fast even on 28 - 29 it's not possible to keep the AC on 17 because if you run this AC on 17 then you need a blanket. The machine is built with Inverter technology so it consumes less power and operates without any problem with low voltage or up and down of the power. I have used the AC nearly 8 hrs even more than that each day and i got a reasonable electric bill which is a + point to use the AC more as much as you need. Delivery and installation was also amazing no issue, only one problem with the delivery team that they did not give me any payment receipt for the payment which i had paid at the time of installation and they told me that they have forgotten the invoice book at the office to we will either email or WhatsApp but never heard a word from them any way i have no issue with that, as long as they will provide me the service under warranty that's fine. I have recommended to my friends about this product, really amazing. Thank you so much to Filipkart and all the logistics team member to providing a high level of online shopping experience for a long time.
