Good quality product
Using since last 1 yr. As per price cooling is okay (satisfactory) but not superchill. It will add up around Rs.1500 (Thane region) per month in light bill for 6-8 hours of daily night usage in summer at temperature 22-24 comfortable sleep at reasonable price. Minimum temperature 17 set gives chilling experience but didnt use everyday to check light bill consumption. Using this AC for my 14ft*12ft living room without proper air sealing (using curtains). So output may differ for sealed n smaller rooms. Installation n servicing (3rd party) was poor but company response for warranty services is better than expected.
