Decent product
We have got it installed by flipcart on 10th june. Technician done his part perfectly but he didnt have ply/baton etc. Now this carpenter work has to be done additionally.

Great AC but a bit noisy. We bought this AC last month, and are quite happy so far. It does an excellent job cooling, and is very energy efficient. The only downside is it's a bit noisy but no more than other room units. Excellent build quality. While Flipkart did a good job delivering the unit promptly, the installation experience was terrible. On the scheduled day, the installation man first did not answer the phone and then after he finally picked up (after 2 hours of trying), rudely told us he was busy on another job and had no idea when he would arrive! We immediately cancelled installation from Flipkart and registered a complaint, and called our own AC maintenance people to install the unit. 5 stars for good product and price and delivery, but zero stars for Flipkart installation, avoid, avoid, avoid!

Good choice
I am writing this review after using my AC for 5 days... Satisfied with product and delivery, but installation part was quite horrible. Installation team from flipkart wasn't have proper tools to install AC. They visited me twice and told me to do all holes and nut bolt fixing by myself. As a working professional it was quite tough for me to do those job by myself as there was limited days in return policy having condition that AC must be installed by authorised personal by flipkart.. Finally I had to call local dealers and had to compromised with return policy. They just fitted my AC within half an hour..My honest comment to flipkart is they must have skillful persons equipped with required tools to do job...
