Execellent Cooling . LCD Remote control could be improved.
1. 5/5 for the Indoor Unit design and Cooling 2. 1/5 for the LCD remote control. Sticky remote control Pad with delayed sensor response and not at all dust proof in terms of design. The wall holder at the back is open and large enough to invite dust Particles. In fact its window AC LCD remote controls are far better in design and easy in handling. Dust proof as well.

Please do not buy it from flipkart. i got faulty indoor unit. indoor fan is not working.logged complain to Hitachi service centre but their response is very poor. received this unit on 13th july-15 but nobody has responded till now.
