Very poor
This is not a 2021 model they have provided wrong information no 2021 feature available in this ac flipcart cheated I did not find any user manual or remote battery with machine as mentioned on indoor unit . Everything is fine with the machine cooling . Energy efficiency is not as per company promise. Indoor unit has to give led features so that temperature is displayed on indoor unit . Covering tape should be provided with machine. Rest happy with performance.

Reviewing after 1 month 1. AC is good in working till now . 2. Cool room(140/150 sq. Feet) in 2 minutes. 3. Less noise , no disturbance in sleeping. 4. In my view , it automatically increase, decrease fan speed according to temperature requirement ( Various time I see that it fan speed slower down when room were cooled , after some time it's speed increase if somehow temperature goes to down ) Go for it , worth of 42000 Thanks Stay home Stay Safe Stay Cool 28.05.2021

Actually I expected more about HITACHI … but product quality is very low .. cooling is not at all good it’s bellow Avarage energy efficiency is also low and the biggest part is INSTALLATION PEOPLE CHARGING HIGH AMOUNT COMPARE WITH OTHER PRODUCTS EVEN THEIR SERVICE ALSO NOT AT ALL GOOD THEY JUST DOING TIME PASS OR PRACTICING OR JUST LEARNING THE WORK . Why HITACHI LIKE BIG COMPANY HIRING UNPROFESSIONAL PROPLE .. even I don’t know about the product is genuine or not might be it’s refurbished … While called to customer care people they are simply ignoring … calling me and disconnecting the call …… my suggestion is instead of buying from online pay extra 2 k buy from showrooms I am ready unhappy with the Flipkart service
