Simply awesome
[This review is about Daikin 1.5 ton AC] finally i got what i wanted from so long. cooling is very much effective. start cooling my room with in 3 minutes. both horizontal and vertical swing are present and can be operated from remote. cant writing anything about electricity consumption now as it is first day of use will definitely update the review after some days. overall value for money. updating my review after 1 month of use.. -honestly a pure electricity saving appliance -using 17 hours a day on 27 degrees only consuming 7-8 units -cooling is very much effective even on 28 degrees -outer unit is very silent -internal unit noise level is okay but if operated on quiet mode or auto fan mode then it is also very silent

Product Review :- Very Satisfied 5 star Product A)The AC works fine even in 45 degree. Very good cooling power and very silent. Power consumption is lowest probably in this segment. 2.5 units to 3.5 units on an average use of 8 + hours. So that is approx 100 units a month or 600 to 700 rupees addition to your current electricity bill. B)We have a 2KW single phase connection and we also own a Carrier Durakool 2 star AC(2011 Model) which is always high on load and but with this FTKF50TV16U, we are comfortably running 2 AC without any MCB tripping. C)Though the operating voltage for this model as per product data sheet is from 130-265v, we are using V-Guard VWR400 stabilizer to give another round of safety to this. This is optional but would recommend to use stabilizer to safeguard almost half a lakh worth equipment. D) We got around 1-500 o-ff on card purchase and invested that on a good stabilizer with some additional funding. E) I would give Flipkart * star for scheduling i-nstallation. The product came with free i-nstallation. Flipkart sent J-EEVES for i-nstallation. J-eeves guys were adamant in asking 1-599 towards i-nstallation. We spoke to c-ustomer care of Flipkart and J-eeves, it seems to be a chaos. No one was having correct information. Later when we formally e-scalated this to Flipkart, they investigated and then suggested that if i-nstallation is done through DAIKIN(by calling Daikin customer s-ervice and raising a i-nstallation & d-emo s-ervice request), then it is free. We still don't understand why Flipkart tried to con customers here. We got the free i-nstallation done through Daikin guys. Had flipkart provided correct information, the i-nstallation would have been done next day by Daikin.This delayed the i-nstall by 3 days. I paid 4-00 r-upees for some extra wires that was required to connect to ODU on the day of the i-nstallation. When we spoke to Daikin for i-nstallation, they told DAIKIN provides warranty only if i-nstallation is done through their authorized s-ervice partners. They also informed that J-EEVES are not in their list and any i-nstallation through any other party would void the w-arranty.

Terrific purchase
Product is very good but in demo time ac was not cooling the room and we found out fan motor was broken however Daikin installation team was really helpful instantly change that part that installation guy called senior person when he came he brought the fan motor within 2 hours, and yes thats why I spend huge amount on Daikin cause there is very few brand can provide awesome service like Daikin, if you have a good buget don't go for other brand.
