I'm writing this review after 3-4 months of use. Pros: 1. suitable for rentals or students for smaller room. 2. compact in design 3. easy installation 4. full features just like split ac (temp, modes, timer, fan Speed, sleep mode etc) Cons: 1. Not good for room more than 90-100sqr ft 2. need to position near to window for exhaust pipe fitment 3. Not fully portable 4. Not effective like split ac, but solve the purpose 5. Not energy efficient Conclusion: If you are staying in a rental house, and frequently change the house within 2-3 years, it's a good option otherwise go for split ac
