Best in the market!
We bought this washing Machines after researching everywhere and they all recommended it. Well, we end up buying it from Flipkart and it's been almost 3 months now and I must say, this is absolutely the best purchase we had made. It's value for money, energy efficient, reliable and easy to use. Pros - Flipkart delivered on time and installation was prompt. Packaging was perfect. - White colour makes the design look aesthetic. - It's quite easy to use, my mom learnt to use it within a week. - It washes clothes removing tough stains easily. - It doesn't produce loud sounds like other brands, neither vibrates while rinse cycle. - It's very energy efficient. Uses less electricity and water. - You get a steam wash which is very good for washing innerwears. - Water heater inbuilt so you don't need to worry about anything. Cons - No Eco-bubble at this price range. - It also doesn't have Eco drum which i guess only comes in higher end models. - No bottom stand, you need to buy it separately if you're not comfortable keeping the machine on floor. - That's it, rests are fine. Conclusion - Go for it if your budget is around 20k and you wanted to buy a front load washing machine. It does its job perfectly fine. You won't regret buying it. It looks so good. A must buy from my experience.

Average machine. Wash performance is good but not a silent one. Motor is silent but lot of other noise. When the spin cycle starts it sounds like Enfield bike. I have a doubt on the durability. Also, you will not find this model in the Samsung website (seems this is the outdated model). Bosch is anytime better than this.

Writing the review after using for an year. A very product at the given price range. The jeans washing option is one of the best option as it takes more water and will feel more hygienic. Overall the product is pretty good and the performance as well till date. Is very convenient for a family of 3 and will have to use it twice in a week. I never used any other wash functions but the jeans option is pretty good. The only demerit is that we cannot choose the functions on our own for different wash functions - for eg: in wash function we can have only a maximum temperature of washing 40C even if the machine has 60C and 90C function. Only with childcare wash function we can use 90C temperature option. This is the only negative thing I had since I bought it. Delivery and installation was pretty easy and convenient. Delivered in the second day at Bangalore city and was installed in the next day at my convenience. The service engineer who came for installation was super cool and helpful. He never forced me to get anything like stand or any other accessories. Even though if I said I don't need stand for the machine later on got a stand from him at a very nominal price and pretty good quality. It's recommended to buy a stand. Overall a very good product
