Delightful
Product is good ....... but disappointed with the service provided by flipkart and onida regarding installation and demo. After calling flipkart customer care and onida customer care for several times I get it installed by delay of 12 days because lack of any connection between flipkart, onida and installation and demo service providers. Flipkart and Onida promised installation on 10th October but installation was done on 22nd October. After calling Flipkart customer care for several times also doesn't provided much help except giving the onida costumer care service no. on 7th attempt that also after asking. Neither Onida nor flipkart have proper communication with installation service providers and Onida respectively. Onida costumer care also didn't properly helped me out. After calling onida costumer care for several times and then after understanding the situation I asked for installation and demo service providers center no. but I got the number after 4th attempt in asking the number, they are not providing the number also by saying "this is not in our scope". Also installation and person was not enough knowledgeable as he doesn't know about functions of the washing machine except how to switch on and off and to operate only at normal mode. As he lacks time and t-tap connection, I personally did the tap connection as explained by him.

Excellent machine for a family upto 4 members (adults) Installation is too quick, and have been using it for the 3 days .. No issues identified. Planned to go for front load or top load with more features and finally understood features like 16, 24, 30 programs are just a type of advertisement to increase the cost. This machine is having 8 programs which is more than enough for a daily usage and also energy rating is 5 star. Drawback : There is no option to set the timer manually. It's automatically set the timer based on the wash programs (for example: Normal - 45 wins, Eco wash - more than an hour, quick wash - 25 mins, etc...) I have bought it for 9k during big billion sale, which is great deal & best value for money.
