Expected a better product
Don't waste money on this one. The dryer is spoiling clothes. All my expensive shirts lost color and shine probably due excessive heat of the dryer. To control the washing machine using the LG ThinQ app we need manually enable remote control on machine before every wash. If there is a power failure then you again we need to go to the machine to enable remote option after power is restored. If we had to go the machine to manually enable it every single time then what is the use of App. The energy monitor on App has no scale. It just shows bars on graph without showing how many units of power is consumed. Such a stupid design by LG engineers. The demo person said I should be using easy care option for sarees which actually run at 1400 rpm by default for rinse and made all sarees crumpled. My 6 year old Bosch machine has better default wash settings.
