Recently I have ordered "IFB Aqua Energy Front Load washing machine" through Flipkart and which is delivered on 8th of this month. Technician suppose to come on same day(08-08-2020) but he said, he can not come that day and will come on next day and requested me that if someone from IFB and enquires about the status on installation, I should help him saying that myself asked him to come on next day. He tried to cheat me in all possible ways to by different products from him. He doesn't seem like giving support for the customer is his priority. His main interest is on selling the products/accessories that he brought. On 9th of August a technician came and said that the tap is not suitable for washing machine's inlet. He said that he would bring the another tap that would cost about RS 750 /-. But after he went back to bring the tap, I myself tried connecting the inlet with the tap, it's working perfectly fine and I understood that he just tried to cheat me for the money. Technician told me that I should buy a stabilizer from him. He said it costs around RS 3000 /- and even he said that without stabilizer, the washing machine won't even start working. But after enquiring about it from others, I got to know that it doesn't need any stabilizer. Technician said, I should buy softeners(costs around RS 1000/- from him so that the washing machine will work fine even with the hard water. But after I inquired about it from others, I got to know that the aqua machine doesn't need any softener. Technician said, the bottom pillars for the washing machine are not good. the machine is not balanced. To make it balanced, I should buy a trolley stand from him that costs around Rs 1500 /-. But after reading the manual, I got to know that the IFB provides levellers on each supporting pillar to level it. To give a demo on washing machine, he said, first I should buy cleaning powder from him because before using the machine we should clean it once. For that he insisted me to buy a cleaning powder pack of 5 sachets costs around (RS 850). (Later after reading the manual, I got to know that it doesn't need to use these cleaning powders in the beginning for usage of the machine.) later, since we have only 6 amp sockets in the home, he asked me to buy a 16 amp socket. So without connecting to power, he demoed it and he said that, once after connecting it to power, I can call back him OR do video call if any issues I found. Before leaving, he wrote the review as excellent from my mobile on behalf of me. The technician that you have sent tried to cheat me in all possible ways. Once after buying power socket, when I tried starting the machine, it shown as door error. When I sent him video bites, he said, he will come now and then. Its been 4-5 days but he still troubling me. I have called him more than 50 times in these period, He never take the call first time. He pick up the call atleast after 10-15 missed calls, some times he even switches of his mobile.

Worst experience ever!
very worst experience from installation guy and from ifb Serv es. "before going to buy please be aware that there will be a hidden charges for stand :1500 filter : 1850 cover : 700" toataly it became more than the price of original one. then why need to give this offer discount. may be for for reduce the reputation of brand. "even the technician guy declined to come for installation bcz of not having those extra parts, and finally he came ofter buying all extra parts that to by the suggested stores by that technician. he is blackmailing me to buy the extra parts by saying, so that only I can claim for warranty. what a cheep trick to sell their products now the final price went around 24000. in this price we can get other branded gud machine so please be conscious before buying about the price.
