Highly Sub standard and very bad customer service
I bought this TV for 47000 and was first really very happy to have this but just after 1month the TV stopped working .I raised a complaint to Phillips center and I took 35 days for them to find that TV cant be repaired , the offered me to replace the TV.But in replacement they were offering me the lower and old model...was really shocked when the engineer said that its of same size even though the configurations were lower as if I am buying Potatoes....Finally after a long fight I may get a replacement after taking me issue to twitter .I consider myself lucky to come out of this cheater brand of low quality product...with service enigneers which measure configuration by weight and dimension......DON'T BUY I BEG YOU better YOU THROW YOUR MONEY IN FIRE atleast you will get warmed up by that for some TIME. .I wish to give 0 star but that is not possible

No to philips
I bought 40inch led which has gone bad within 1year 5 months lousiest product available in the market I exchanged for sony..Never repeat the mistake led panel cost is,more than the purchase price ,never buy buy this brand as the complaint starts from the third month...I bought 3-led micromax for my school.and office....so please do not spend money on this brand,let us not take our old times for granted when they used to supply the best and lasting product ...now they are dumping the worst product....beware......in india the brand is manufactured by videocon.......???
