Bad quality
All stars for the products, the TV is good but zero stars for Flipkart's service. They falsely promises Free Instalallation and Demo but even after waiting for more then 10 days and repeatedly following up with Customer Service helpline, they NEVER arranged it! Everybody please be aware of this before deciding to buy any large appliance like TV or AC from Flipkart!

Have had this Television for 12 Days already. Got it for Rs. 27,999/- during the festive offers. SO giving a review on what has been great and wha can be better. Flipkart Delivery & Installation Service : The Delivery was very prompt and on time, considering I live in Delhi I could imagine that the service is better in metropolitan cities.. The Installation by Jeeves(flipkarts Installation Partner) was scheduled automatically once the TV was delivered and I received a SMS for the time and the person who will be visiting. What came as a surprise was that the engineer called a day before and came over to Install the Television.. fantastic overall. Product : Panasonic (40Inch) Full HD The build quality is great. Its slim and looks like a Television Panasonic will make. The Television comes with VESA Wall mount although not stated on the Product info). The Quality of the remote is the same as all Panasonic Televisions, small but very well designed. Picture : The full HD content has depth and the colours are far more vibrant than most of the other brands I have seen recently like VU and micromax. Ofcourse knowing that panasonic pays a little more attention to research and development of their products and being japanese helps to have more quality oriented products. The sound is ok in a medium sized room, but if you have a large room then do consider putting up a surround sound system, anyways if you have a large room (say 20ft x 30ft) then no TV speakers are good enough. The TV response time to remote control is fast and motion refresh rate helps give a life like image. hope this helps people planning to buy this product or any product from panasonic.

Incapable after sales service support- #NO2PANASONIC
You'll become an essay writer like me(naive), once after experiencing the after sales service support from #PANASONIC. May be a good product but ruining with their worst and incapable service engineers. I believe the price includes all these bundles so think before you go for it. Here my 2 cents to help those who are in dilemma to pick a right product. First version of the story which I posted them is quite big so shorten for brevity. [This was happened after so many hard conversations, sent to their VOC helpline] "Hope your service team have done enough analysis on this issue (Request No #R200218471029, #R240218498589, #R260218511528) and I believe that you doesn't require further analysis on this anymore and this would be the final verdict on this issue. As per your service team's confirmation message "your LED is working fine as per the product specification". If my TV is working as per your quality standards set for Panasonic then I am sure that, all the Panasonic TV of this model (TH-40D200DX) should be working like this. If that is the case all your TV of this kind are faulty, it’s my fault in trusting a brand like this which has ended up in losing my money by getting such a TV. If your support team is not capable enough to fix this issue, I don't want this product anymore. Just refund my money back and take your buggy product. I have tagged few snaps of the stated issue trails. If you have time see all those at least to provide an input to your R&D team to enhance this kind of features in upcoming models. If you people want I am ready to provide full length movie which rendered as per your product specification. Is it our job to analyze and test your faulty product by spending my hard-earned money? Its well orchestrated drama that two people came played back a video which they brought and taken few snaps. Whatever I post a question on the issues to them, their answers were simple "We need to ask our trainer on this and let you know". Now I am getting this mail saying the same result "your LED is working fine as per the product specification". Even after these many conversation, they were searching on my TV box for its resolution whether is it FHD or not. No one justified for the questions which I have raised so far. Once after changing the board, I am facing these problems, so its nothing wrong in expecting proper justification and RESOLUTION from your end. What sort of comparative analysis and fixes were made on this issue in front of me to accept your sayings? Within a span of around 4 months I am pushed to change an entire board for my TV for a simple HDMI issue. What causes this major issue to change an entire board, till now I haven't got any info. If this would happened on the next day of my TV warranty expiration, again I will be penalized for the purchase of this TV. You people just set our mind to accept your unfair trade practice as your regular practices. I could hear that technology has evolved so far, however my 20 years old TV doesn't seeks for its board replacement in its lifetime but yours do in a short span. Again not able to restore it properly even once after replacing the board (mostly everything housed here) itself. I am wondering that being an Indian we have been cursed for these kind of issues as well. I thing the same #Panasonic doesn't follow this kind of practice in their home ground (they value humans), if I am not wrong. I don't know whose mistake is this and why do they have not follow the same here. Why should I call you people to get clarified for the same answer? You people were already decided on your resolution and not in a position to accept your faults. It clears me that you people are in lack of right resource to fix these kind of technical problems. However you people are very capable to fix the problem like this. So, its immaterial to talk anyone on this. So #NO2PANASONIC "
