Mind-blowing purchase
Pros: 1. Awesome picture quality along with DTS Digital audio fidelity. 2. Connectivity options like Wi-Fi, mirracast work seamlessly. 3. Apps included such as Netflix, Prime Video, Hotstar with dedicated app buttons for Netflix and Prime Video. Also, the TV firmware has been updated of late, and you can directly download additional apps such as Zee5 from the LG app store. 4. Magic remote works well. For those who're wondering what this remote is, it's like having an air mouse. The on-screen pointer moves like a mouse pointer when you move the remote. Cons: 1. Product delivered within 3 days of dispatch, but Flipkart couldn't keep with it's commitment of providing installation/demo service within stipulated date. Finally, contacted LG directly after reading a customer review here that LG's response is better for installation. And true to the word, LG completed the TV's installation within 24 hours of contacting them where Flipkart couldn't complete it even after waiting for more than a week!! 2. Limited options such as choosing subtitles, video quality, etc during playtime for downloaded apps such as Zee5. Hopefully, LG will rectify this with a firmware upgrade. Will update as I use the TV. I have booked this product on 13th october assuming it will be deepavali offer . i purchased this product by paying credit card for RS 42700 through online portal . as per the updadate it was delivered on 25th october by ekart team at 7pm . delivery guys were not handling product smoothly so i told them to be care full while handling but guys used to say "sir you have return policy " without asking about any thing. next day LG guys came to install and show demo and came to know that its screen is damaged . eventhough i am calling flipkart customer care daily still i am not getting the proper status on return of the smart tv. i am writing this to tell flipkart team pain point of the customer . please return the LG smart tv as early as possible since i want to use it for deepavali festival. kindly help on this.
