Waste of money!
Don't buy this TV. I had a terrible experience from the get go when the technician from Jeeves and he didn't have a helper. I had to work with him to mount the TV. Picture quality is poor despite me trying to adjust the TV several times. There were other issues such as the TV switching off sometime, not able to play 4k and also one of the preinstalled app doesn't work. I requested a return and they sent a technician where the flipkart whom I told what the problems are. The technician didn't report the issues properly and Flipkart customer service and said they will send another technician over! Just too much hassle! Not worth it. Update: The TV is malfunctioning now! When I start the TV, the logo come on and it gets stuck. After several attempts when I switch on, start watching TV, it sends me back to the home screen. Regret having bought this TV and wish I had bought a branded TV :( Will update later. Next Update: It has been three days since I complained to Cloudwalker about the issue but yet the TV is not repaired. The clueless technician said it is a "software" issue but didn't do anything to fix it. Buyer Beware Another update: Another technician cam and said there is a motherboard issue and it will be fixed in 4 days. 4 days passed and nothing has happened. I called Cloudwalker and they cannot give me a date saying the "part is not available". No communication for Clouwalker side! Very frustrating. I called Flipkart as well to help resolve this issue because I had complained an issue during their ten day warranty period. Unfortunately, no help from Flipkart as well. Buyers, beware don't buy from CLOUDWALKER TV on FLIPKART! Learn from my experience. I should have bought a branded TV :(
