Opened box received
I first called Flipkart CS to confirm if this purchase is of a brand new product or a opened box product. They very proudly mentioned "we sell only brand new products". That got me comfortable. I ordered for the Tab...42K . the i got it... paid for it....took delivery. the i unpacked it...the the horror started...it was a thoroughly battered, soiled package of the Samsung Galaxy Note Pro 12.2 Tablet !!! The seal which said...don't accept if broken was broken!!! I called the Flipkart guys...they were very apologetic and said we will immediately arrange for a pick up...just return the package. I am still waiting...no call back nothing! Then i also found out they will return the money to your account in 7-8 probably 10 -15 days... so they will enjoy interest on my money while i lose it. Then i went online to find out if this was a used product or a new one...found an app...loaded it and found out it was brand new...thankfully! The product is awesome but the service provided by Flipkart does not fulfill any parameters or benchmarks of fulfilled promises. Initially they used to parrot the line "we check everything and send it" this time they told me "but sir this has happened at the vendor's site"... So friends be ultra careful before you put in your money...so what if it is Flipkart...remember where they come from!!! nothing changes much in India

I bought this tablet to draw as a hobbyist.This tablet came out in the year 2014. Before that I was using galaxy note 10.1 in 2013. I was happy with the 10.1 edition. But when this tablet was released The upgrades by Samsung really impressed me. (Also the price shot up too) But if one loves taking handwritten notes and drawing with a pointed stylus then this tablet is unbeatable. It even competes with professional drawing tools like cintiq.( I also own a cintiq 22 hd). The price is a concern but I conclude that it is money well spent. I mount a tablet cover ( by SNUGG) which helps me wrap this tablet around my palm with a band and the sketching experience is awesome

This is waste product it is always blinking
This Product is always blinking lot of times i reach service center with warranty but he cannot solve the problem samsung engineers is always and give false statements dont buy samsung products waste of money i purchased this laptop no body response for rectify my problem all are waste products. Samsung Phones tablets all are waste products service centre uneducated fellows are there no body correct engineer.Still i faced the problem with out use i lost my money to buy this product
