Fake advertisement, Cheating by crossbeat.
Purchased ignite spectra watch from crossbeat com (order id 97177), and after using this watch for one I realised that I have been cheated by crossbeat, just wasted my 4500 bucks. 1 facing issue in Bluetooth connectivity, automatically connects and again disconnect. 2 AOD feature not available, not sure if its really amoled display. 3 Facing issue in Bluetooth calling. 4 Got notification for firmware update, tried several times but non change in watch software and app again shows pop-up for update. Check time in attached images. 5 Not able to use any option in app, due to update popup. 6 Delay of almost 1-2 seconds after lifting the watch to display something in watch 7 Around 60 watch faces available, not 200. Most watch faces are having cartoonish characters, Is this watch made for kids only. 8 They are offering free screengurd if you give positive review in Amazon. Most of the positive review are fake. I regret to buy this Chinese, useless box. As I have purchased directly from crossbeat so I don’t have option to return this useless shit.

Fake advertising For Spectra and Spectra Plus.
1) Cannot Update Da Fit app due to continuous update pop-up. So the Da Fit app is useless. I have purchased 2 Spectra. And one Spectra Plus. Out of them one Spectra is updated through Realme Mobile to It's latest version. CB Explore App do not find Update and can connect both spectra and spectra plus. Irritating 2 sec. Delay to show the time. I do not find any MP3 song uploading option In CB EXPLORE App. So, My Spectra Plus also using as Spectra. Watch faces are too bad can like only 4 years child for its cartoon picture. There is no professional touch in Application Department. I have also purchased Ignite S4Max which is also worst than spectra/Plus but this review is not for S4Max. Blue tooth connectivity is fair. Need app Setting always running in back ground. I have returned one spectra and S4Max and bound to kept Spectra Plus for some unavoidable reasons but not happy using those.. Display Quality is Excellent .Touch sensing and Scrolling is very good. Sensors are not accurate. BP measures are vogues. No stress sensor. Step counting is not reliable if phone GPS is off. Calling is just good. Speaker is good but in noiseless environment. If you make a good review, can get a screen protector but not sure. After all it will be a bad investment for anyone. We have better option to choose smartwatches except Crossbeats.
