Over all the product is very good .design and quality is fine. But it's app has some bugs like connection issues Also the watch freezes some times while receiving calls .and some times it freezes like some one is calling but we can't cut or recieve it.. Over all the watch is fine for me I'm not a smart watch fan person .

This watch has many bugs. So I am not satisfied about this watch. (Not sure if the bug is in the app or the watch but check it soon. Otherwise I would advise everyone not to use or buy the watch.) 1. Wise Crest option is not visible in wise support on the website, so Manual cannot be downloaded. 2. Many times the bluetooth of the watch gets disconnected. 3. The Bluetooth headset is also disabled as the watch's Bluetooth is disconnected. 4. When the Crest Phone Bluetooth is disconnected, it does not know that the phone has come and as mentioned earlier, the phone cannot be picked up even from the Bluetooth headset.
