Decent product
Writing a review after around 10 days of use. Dividing in sections; Look and feel: Average at best. The watch looks like a toy product from almost all angles, the band especially is very low quality to feel but didn't irritate or left any marks even while workout. I've always used Gshocks and compared to those, it isn't too far yet isn't too bad either. Display quality: Awesome. Very nice, really. It also has ambient light sensor, which is good. Watch faces: Not many, there are only a few to choose from. At a time, the watch itself can keep only 3 and two of those are fixed (cant replace those). So if you want another face, you will need to push it via your phone. I may be missing something here, but I couldn't get to change all three to the ones I like. Features: You can set alarm on the watch, set reminders via phone (not on watch itself), has call alert, can read messages (not reply) and almost all notifications. There is of course pedometer, heart rate sensor and GPS. If you are connected to phone, you can also change music tracks and play with volume. My phone (iPhone) connects with both watch and my bluetooth headphones together so I can do on watch - whatever I could do on my headphones itself. You can also set your own vibration pattern. There is also a reminder for you to stand up and walk if you sitting for too long like in Apple watch. Fitness: Mi's software team is completely lost in this regard. Let me explain that I got this watch only for my workout / jogging / cycling sessions. I didn't want to spend too much and the info from a fitness band / watch is pretty useless for any actionable so I was okay with moderate accuracy. Now the watch has fitness modes and once you activate those, you can NOT go to other screens - including menus. So when I am in exercise mode, I cannot use my watch to change music, time my plank (for example) or setup a timer between each set / sprint. I can do nothing except just looking at the time I've spent in this sessions + check my heart rate. Who thought of this!? Syncing with phone: I use Mi fit app and sync is quick. All data gets synced to Apple Health except my continuous heart rate reads. In the Mi app, I can see a graph of my heart rate during the whole day (including sleep) but only two or three of those data points are synced with Health App. Steps are okay. My phone and watch are within plus minus 1% of each other when it comes to counting steps. Battery: Initial read for the battery is that it's very good. For 6.2k, I think the watch is okay. Just okay. What Mi needs to do is add more watch faces + make some software improvements. I am using it with iPhone X. I got this watch because everyone told me Apple watch is not worth 42k. I am glad I got this one and understood that smartwatches in general are of no use.

After using it for 1 month I am reviewing this product. -Battery life is 16-18 days, this again depends on how frequently you use heart rate sensors (I have set it to 30minutes interval), Brightness of watch (Using auto brightness). It take around 1 hour to charge from 15% to 99% never shows 100% for me. -Looks wise it is stylish, I won't recommend for those who have thin wrists tough. (big watch lovers can go for it) -Sports tracking is awesome I have used it more than 30 times in last one month for cycling and running outdoor, once it acquires GPS you need not bother further. What data you get is sufficient enough. Tough I doubt it's heart rate monitoring sometimes I feel whatever you do it stays in relaxed state. Still ok for me... -Music control is good -Watch skins are not very attractive, I feel amazfit should get some attractive skins for online download in upcoming update. -It hanged 2 times in last one month need to restart and it again works fine. -Sometimes touch lags but not noticable. -Difficult to get tempered glass offline still I managed in 100 bucks. -Step counter works like Mi fitness band if you walk 10000 steps it will show 9500. For me doesn't increases while travelling. -Strap is good one won't break.
